Xero, the cloud accounting software provider today announces that it has formed a strong alliance with PKF, one of the top 10 major accounting networks in UK and Ireland, adding to the credentials of the network, as a digital association.
PKF UK & Ireland, whose member firms, include: PKF BBA, PKF FPM, PKF Francis Clark, Johnston Carmichael, PKF KLSA, PKF Littlejohn and PKF O’Connor, Leddy & Holmes, together create an incomparable workforce of 180 partners and 2,000 staff. This network provides powerful solutions and delivers best in class results to their 43,000 clients, across all areas of Assurance, Advisory, Taxation, Recovery and Business Services.
The PKF network, which has earned a reputation for helping clients succeed and grow – made the decision to recommend that a large proportion of clients move to Xero. This was because, no matter what the client’s industry or size – whether baking or bricklaying, consulting or crafting – Xero makes business life easier. Xero is an online accounting software that seamlessly connects proprietors with their numbers, their business and their advisors – Anytime, Anywhere, from Any device.
Damon Anderson, Director of Partner & Product at Xero commented: “We’ve been really impressed by how efficiently PKF has adopted Xero across the network. We’ve seen a huge number of firms embrace cloud technology, particularly in the lead up to Making Tax Digital. So as the industry transforms, it’s encouraging to see how the network has adapted and evolved to stay one step ahead.”
Keith Steele, Chair of the Business Solution Division in PKF UK and Ireland, added, “We are extremely excited to formalise this alliance with Xero. The driver to adopt Xero for PKF is the incredible value that the solution adds, both internally and for our clients. Xero provides clients with a complete and up-to-date snapshot of their business and PKF with enhanced reporting capability to spot opportunities, greater efficiencies and resolve potential problems for clients, quickly, ultimately saving our clients, money, time and effort.”
Further maximising client benefits and satisfaction, this new strategic relationship provides PKF privileged access to the very latest product updates, forefront insights from their position on Xero’s Advisory Council, increased training resources and the most competitive pricing offering.
“We invest heavily in operations and people” continues Keith Steele, “and although a network of independent firms, we all work together to grow and improve premier client services and advice through innovation, as disrupters in our field. This focus has been a massive contributor to our continued growth and success. Our partnership with Xero, is the natural next step in our evolution as the solution is helping to enable smarter ways of working for the network and more importantly, our clients.”
